Dates: July 10 – 13  Daily from 10am-12pm

Skill Level: Beginner

Ages: Recommended for students entering grades K-5

Location: CDH Wrestling Room + Mondo Gym

Camp Format:

  • Emphasis on beginners and is open to wrestlers entering grades K through 5.
  • This four-day camp will include lots of games, tumbling action, and basic positioning and techniques.
  • There will be very little live wrestling.
  • CDH Varsity coaches and wrestlers will be facilitating this camp.
