Dates: July 17 – 21  Daily from 10am-12pm

Skill Level: Intermediate

Ages: Recommended for students entering grades 3-8 (younger grades are welcome to join)

Location: CDH Wrestling Room + Mondo Gym

Camp Format:

  • Emphasis on intermediate development
  • This five-day camp will start with the basics and then develop more advanced techniques from each position.
  • There will be live wrestling every day and possibly a tournament at the end of the week.
